What is Premier's dining policy?
NCL offers Freestyle Cruising ® which allows guests the flexibility to dine at the time that they like as there is no set time. Restaurants are open for dinner from 5:30pm-10:30pm.
What about Shore Excursions at Grand Bahama Island, Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau, Bahamas?
You may choose from a variety of shore excursions at all of our beautiful ports of call! If you would like to purchase a shore excursion package through NCL, we recommend that you reserve your excursion on-line before the cruise at www.ncl.com. Your credit card will not be charged until we are onboard the ship. Please note that you will not be able to reserve shore excursions until you receive your reservation number approximately three weeks before we sail. You may also register for a shore excursion onboard after boarding the ship. These excursions are optional.
Please remember to allow yourself enough time to get back to the ship before our scheduled departure. The ship’s time will remain on Eastern time throughout the sailing. Cell phones may reset to local time if we sail outside of the Eastern time zone, which could make you an hour late if you rely on them. The ship will not wait for late guests.
Will I have access to the internet once onboard?
Yes! All NCL ships are equipped with 24 hour Internet Cafés. Give your friends and family back home your personalized email address and stay in touch throughout your cruise.

Can I make and receive telephone calls?
You can use telephone to anywhere in the world and be billed* at applicable ship-to-shore rates. Guests can also be contacted on the ship by calling 1.888.NCSHIPS (1.888.627.4477) from the USA. For the rest of the world please dial 1.732.335.3280. When guests are contacted with the ship via satellite, they can be reached directly, if they are in their stateroom. If not, a message about the incoming call will be delivered to their stateroom and then they can call back* the shore via satellite. Guests can also make and receive calls, send and receive text messages and read emails on their own cell phones and mobile devices just as they do on land when the ship is at sea with the Freestyle Cellular Service. What activities will be available aboard the ship?
The beauty of The K-LOVE Friends & Family Music Cruise is that you can do as little or as much as you want to do. In addition to the typical NCL activities and amenities, there will be nightly concerts, morning devotions, teen activities, comedy acts, and autograph sessions. *

Can I save seats at the concerts?
No. Premier Christian Cruises wants all guests have the same opportunity to get great seats in our events. Therefore we have established a policy of no saving seats. From the owners of the company and their families, to the performers and their families, to our media partners, to our staff and volunteer, and to our passengers, we have the same policy. No one has early access privileges. Once into an event, there is no saving seats for other members of your party. All seating is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. The only exception to this policy is for those guests who are confined to a wheel chair.
When is the appropriate time to ask for an autograph?
There will be scheduled times when you will have the opportunity to attend “Artist & Speaker Autograph Sessions.” To accommodate as many guests as possible, there will be a limit of one autograph per person. Specific locations for each artist and speaker can be found in your copy of the Premier Cruise News and in the “Freestyle Daily” which you will receive upon boarding the ship. Please note that it is likely that you will get only some of the artists and speakers autographs due to time constraints so plan to visit your favorites first! Remember that our guest artists and speakers are on vacation too. We want to respect their personal time with their families as well, and therefore, we ask that passengers ONLY approach an artist for an autograph during this official artist signing time.
Will artists' and speakers' merchandise be available on the cruise?
YES! The Premier Store will be open at various times throughout the cruise. Watch your “Freestyle Daily” or look in The Premier Cruise News for the schedule and location. You can shop for CDs, artist T-shirts, books, and other specialty items. While you are there, don’t forget to purchase your K-LOVE Friends & Family Music Cruise T-shirts and souvenirs, too!
